Because the majority of us are not influencers, getting in touch with the correct user-base proved to be difficult. Nevertheless, I was able to utilize various social media connections and get in touch with ten self-proclaimed "influencers." Due to busy schedules and an overall lack of trust, interviews were held via LinkedIn and Facebook messenger. Below I've noted the reoccurring theme that was extracted throughout the interviews. 

A person who has the power to influence many people, as through social media or traditional media.

Represently is an innovator. Having started out as a company determined to lessen redundant noise within the federal space, today they have a different fish to fry and that is to connect individuals with other link-minded individuals. More specifically, connecting influencers with other influencers. I was a UX researcher on this and my job was to uncover the pain-points of an influencer and design a solution that would help them.
